Northpoint is in a free testing phase. By using the executor software or receiving signals during this period, you're agreeing to the following — written in plain English on purpose.
The software and the signal feed are provided free, as-is, for testing. They may have bugs, go offline without notice, miss trades, or stop entirely. We make no warranty of any kind.
Signals are generated by an automated system for its own account and mirrored to yours mechanically. They are not investment advice or a recommendation to you personally. No return, win rate, or outcome is promised or implied. Simulated results do not predict anything. The account that generates the signals is currently a simulated account; the published record is simulated. Northpoint is a software and signal service — not a registered broker, investment adviser, or commodity trading advisor.
You choose which account the executor trades. We strongly recommend a simulated account for testing. If you connect a live, funded, or prop-firm evaluation account, you do so entirely at your own risk: futures trading involves substantial risk of loss, you can lose more than you deposit, and evaluation accounts can fail their rules. You accept full responsibility for every order placed in your account and agree not to hold Northpoint or its operators liable for trading losses, missed trades, or account-rule violations arising from the testing.
We can remotely pause new entries for your executor, flatten it, or stop it; we cannot open positions. A flatten closes your positions at market in your account. During a remote-setup session we see and control your screen only for the duration you allow. You can disable the executor, flatten your account at your broker, or ask us to pause your feed at any time. Automation does not replace monitoring — keep an eye on your account while the executor is enabled, and around scheduled news events in particular.
We may pause, change, or end the test — or any tester's access — at any time without notice. You may stop using it at any time. No fees are charged during the testing period, so there is nothing to refund.
The service records your email, machine identifier, connection status, and the trades the executor places (instrument, size, price, P&L) so we can operate and improve the system. We don't hold your broker credentials or funds — the software runs entirely in your own NinjaTrader.
Agreement is indicated by checking the box on the setup-request form, by replying "agreed" where we ask, or simply by continuing to run the executor after reading this page.
